OPENBOX Architects embraces this diversity through identity-driven condominium design, crafting spaces that reflect the individuality and aspirations of contemporary residents. The guiding concept, “Living Between the Line,” draws inspiration from the abstract paintings of Ian Davenport, where flowing vertical lines in diverse colors retain their distinct character yet unite to form a harmonious whole. Likewise, each residence becomes part of a greater collective—a dynamic, colorful tapestry of modern life.

In The Base Downtown, we believe that architecture and landscape should merge seamlessly into a single, immersive experience. Designed for Phuket’s working professionals, this condominium reimagines urban comfort with a touch of resort-like relaxation.
Every design element integrates natural textures, open spaces, and fluid forms, transforming daily living into a retreat. The project embodies the synergy between city convenience and the serenity of vacation living, creating an urban sanctuary in the heart of Phuket.
LIFE LADPRAO VALLEY
BANGKOK, THAILAND
Rising 44 stories opposite Central Ladprao, Life Ladprao Valley is a bold expression of contemporary lifestyle architecture. The concept, “Hype Valley,” introduces an adventurous living experience through iconic amenities—such as the signature sky pool and more than 15 lifestyle facilities designed for active urbanites.
Distinct copper stripes flow along the building’s façade, contrasting with deep bluish tones to emphasize vertical motion and draw the eye toward the crown façade above. The use of expanded aluminum panels not only enhances the visual identity but also allows filtered daylight to illuminate the interior. As evening falls, the façade glows with a warm radiance, transforming the building into a dynamic city landmark that celebrates life, movement, and individuality.
