HARDSCAPE DESIGN
Consist of outdoor, paving, street-scape, drop-off area, vertical green wall, gate and front signage, and other which to be coordinate with Architect.
SOFTSCAPE DESIGN
Consist of Overall planting design and selection of all plantings in the project: trees, shrubs, and ground cover.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM DESIGN
To select a system, size, and location of watering system.
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DESIGN
To address the concerned level for drainage purposes in landscape area including area and allocate retaining walls, slopes, and planting usage to protect the area from erosion which might happen.
To coordinate with M&E Engineer to specify and located Drainages systems for landscape and streets area
To coordinate with Lighting Designer for Electrical System.
SCULPTURES
(If required in Landscape).To select sculpture or artifacts for the project.
