A new pilot project at the Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute will be testing out an innovative solar cell rooftop system. This system is designed with two parts: the first part will be installed on the building itself, where it will harness solar energy from the roof and convert it into electrical energy. By doing so, it will allow for greater energy efficiency, resulting in a reduced need for electricity to power the building’s air conditioning system. The second part of the system will be installed on the walkway that connects the buildings, utilizing advanced and cost-effective technology. With this new solar cell rooftop system, the Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute aims to improve its overall sustainability and energy efficiency while providing a comfortable and environmentally-friendly environment for its occupants.
